From Yelp: My wife and I bought blinds from Ewald Interiors in May. We loved our experience. The price way under the 2 other quotes we received. Not only that we liked that the sales person Tom came to our home and was also the person doing the installation. He was never pushy or anything. We also felt like he took his time and made sure to walk us through the care instructions and general info for future reference. A couple weeks after our installation our Huskie ripped one of our blinds. We called Tom and he was able to get another one for us for free. We were not expecting that but it was so nice!

Tom is great to work with and we have purchased shades and drapes multiple times from him over the last two years for our home in Glenview.
Although an investment- I’d say he’s moderately priced. We are happy with the product quality and professionalism from Tom and his staff. We did a few bedrooms with Home Depot for standard shades to save $$ but our office , dining and family room with Tom. In retrospect , we should have just went with him for the bedrooms as the functionality and quality from Home Depot vs Toms products was not worth the lower price. You definitely get what you pay for….
We’ve also recently used his interior services for our family room renovation this summer too and was pleased with how the furniture , shades and a fireplace remodel turned out.
as an aside - We did shades motorized in our family room and really enjoy the technology aspect / ease of use . We also did drapes for our patio doors which we love and Tom coached us through options on fabric , rods etc. he’s got great taste and a keen eye.
